All the delights within our preserved selection are made by
a small family run business close to our farm, using their great grandmother's
recipe. When the fresh vegetables are perfectly ripe they are picked and
combined with a selection of fresh herbs and our single estate cold-pressed
oil. A very traditional way of enjoying seasonal produce through out the
year. |

A delicious light creamy pate created by blending artichoke heart with
hand-picked oregano, garlic, a little chilli and our oil. It makes a perfect
topping for grilled fish and bruschetta, or simply as a dip for fresh garden
vegetables. |

Just like our sundried tomatoes, the fresh vine ripe Puglian tomatoes
are dried naturally on wooden racks in the red hot southern Italian sun,
then crushed with garlic and parsley and mixed with our oil. It is so versatile,
locally it is used with almost everything! |
