Range of Oils

At Vallecoppa we annually produce three unique cold pressed extra virgin olive oils. These excellent quality oils are available in limited quantities during their year of harvest.


Leccino single variety

 

Produced exclusively from our Leccino olive trees, this well balanced extra virgin olive oil is distinctive in its fresh full olive flavour. It is subtly fruity with a peppery punch on the finish.

    Fresh herbs & grass with warm apples & artichoke.
  • Taste
    Hints of herbs & nuts with tones of fresh torn basil leaves & tarragon followed by warm apples & a touch of almond cake with a peppery finish.

Lemon and coratina blend

 

Created exclusively from our Coratina olives and lemons from our estate. Both are handpicked in the morning and pressed together in the afternoon.

    Fresh cut grass, apples and a wonderful scent of fresh lemons.

    A delicate hint of lemon, apples, fresh herbs and almond cake, with a peppery finish.

Chilli infused extra virgin olive oil

 

Created to an old family recipe fresh chillies are dried in the midday sun then left to infuse naturally in our freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, black pepper corns are added to enhance the flavour.

    Fresh apples and tomatoes with a subtle scent of chilli & black pepper.
