Antipasti Range

All the delights within our preserved selection are made by a small family run business close to our farm, using their great grandmother's recipe. When the fresh vegetables are perfectly ripe they are picked and combined with a selection of fresh herbs and our single estate cold-pressed oil. A very traditional way of enjoying seasonal produce through out the year.

     

   

Sundried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil

   

Superior quality sundried tomatoes preserved with garlic & parsley in our oil. Fresh vine ripe Puglian tomatoes are dried naturally on wooden racks in the red hot southern Italian sun. Fantastic eaten straight from the jar or a flavoursome ingredient to pasta dishes, salads and freshly baked bread.

Artichoke heart & fresh herb pâté

   

A delicious light creamy pate created by blending artichoke heart with hand-picked oregano, garlic, a little chilli and our oil. It makes a perfect topping for grilled fish and bruschetta, or simply as a dip for fresh garden vegetables.

Sundried tomato pâté with garlic & parsley

   

Just like our sundried tomatoes, the fresh vine ripe Puglian tomatoes are dried naturally on wooden racks in the red hot southern Italian sun, then crushed with garlic and parsley and mixed with our oil. It is so versatile, locally it is used with almost everything!

Zucchini pâté with fresh mint & parsley

   

A perfect combination of ripe zucchini with fresh mint and parsley picked that very day. Used locally as an ingredient for risotto & pasta, as a sauce for lamb and new potatoes and a topping for bruschetta & crostini.
